Sexual Disorder
Sexual activity, however, demands complete concentration and relaxation. It cannot be performed in haste and tension. People who are usually tense and over occupied are unable to follow these norms. Many Persons, therefore, suffer from sexual dysfunctions.
Ayurveda stresses maintaining the health and vitality of the reproductive system. Most diseases are based upon or involve some wrong use of sexual energy, as sexual energy is the primary energy of the body and mind. Most psychological disorders are based upon an inability to form right relationships and are largely sexual in origin. Hence the right use of sexual energy is the key to health.
The traditional texts of Ayurveda describe the Vasikaran Therapy, which bestows sexual strength to the weak and increase the capacity of the strong for greater enjoyment. Ayurveda offers effective treatments for sexual debility

Female sexual problems :
The same diseases that cause sexual dysfunction in women.
Loss of Libido :
Loss of libido is a common problem that women face from time to time. Contrary to beliefs that problems surrounding female sexuality are psychological in nature, recent research has discovered that many forms of female sexual dysfunction often are the result of low hormonal levels. Hormones are directly responsible for female sex drive and libido. A weakened libido can result in difficulty becoming aroused and ultimately achieving climax or orgasm. In addition to this fatigue, stress, depression, and medication are just a few of the other possible factors that may interfere with sexual desire. Loss of libido can lead to difficulty in intimate relationships and contribute to marital problems. The following herbal formula will help enhance the sexual experience

Menopause
What Menopause Means
Menopause is the point at which women stop ovulating. It happens when the ovaries stop releasing ovum - usually a gradual process. Sometimes it happens all at once. The menopausal period affects each woman differently. Some start early, some start and stop, but most experience the change around the age of fifty. It usually lasts up to five years. Although estrogen levels drop during the post menopausal period, the hormones do not disappear., The symptoms of hot flashes, dizziness, headache, difficult breathing, shortness of breath, heart palpitaions and depression may be caused by an estrogen deficiency. If one is hypoglycemic, the symptoms are often mor pronounced. Stress puts a burden on the adrenal glands, causing them to overwork. Therefore, the adrenals produce smaller amounts of the hormones that are needed to help reduce the side effects of menopause. Hot flashes can be the result of widespread blood vessl dilation.
Perimenopause is the period of gradual changes that lead into menopause. It affects a woman's hormones, body, and feelings. It can be a stop-start process that may take months or years. "Climacteric" is another word for the time when a woman passes from the reproductive to the non-reproductive years of her life.
The ovaries' production of estrogen slows down during perimenopause. Hormone levels fluctuate, causing changes just as they did during adolescence. The changes leading to menopause may seem much more intense than those during puberty. The intensity may be affected by a woman's feelings about aging, including her reactions to social judgments about aging.
Induced menopause occurs if the ovaries are removed or damaged as in hysterectomy or chemotherapy. In this case, menopause begins immediately, with no perimenopause.
The time after menopause is called post-menopause.
There’s a growing interest in the natural approach to minimizing the effects of menopause. Many women are concerned about the side effects of conventional medicine and are finding herbal solutions meet their needs remarkably well. This is something Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners have known for thousands of years.
It has been shown that the loss of the body’s ability to produce enough estrogen as it ages is related to a wide variety of illnesses affecting women. Herbal formulations are designed to increase the body’s ability to produce its own estrogen and revitalize body functions. Additionaly we have found some books that have become effective in assisting women through this difficult time.
How Menopause Happens
During a woman's reproductive years, the monthly release of eggs from the ovaries provides a continual flow of progesterone and estrogen, hormones necessary to prepare the body for a successful pregnancy.
With age, a woman's body no longer releases the stimulating signals that induce ovulation of eggs from the ovaries. The result is a measurable decrease in the associated hormones and accompanying physical signs of normal menstruation. Unfortunately, this decrease in hormones affects the body's ability to maintain calcium levels and an increased loss of minerals from the bones results. The net loss of calcium from the skeleton is a combination of changes in calcium excretion and calcium absorption
Symptoms of Menopause
As most women approach menopause, their menstrual periods become irregular - they happen closer together and/or further apart. Other common symptoms include

hot flashes
temporary and minor decrease
changes in sexual desire in the ability to concentrate or recall

headaches
frequent urination
early wakening
vaginal dryness
mood changes
insomnia
night sweats
conditions commonly associated with PMS
A woman may have one, some, or none of these symptoms. Symptoms can be very unpredictable and disturbing if a woman doesn't know they are related to menopause.
A woman's experiences during menopause may also be influenced by other life changes

Whatever the cause or circumstance, the conditions women experience before and after menopause are very real and sometimes need medical attention. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding :
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding occurs in the uterus (and comes out the vagina) and is not part of the normal period. It mostly happens in women who are older than 45, and sometimes in young girls. The bleeding results from a problem with estrogen, one of the body's reproductive hormones. If you do not manufacture the right amount of estrogen, there may be excessive growth in the lining of your uterus (womb), or you may not pass an egg (ovulate). As a result, you may see a change in the amount of bleeding during your period, as well as bleeding between periods. This may cause a sexual debility in female.
Male sexual problems :
Premature Ejaculation :
Premature ejaculation occurs when a man reaches orgasm and ejaculates too quickly and without control. In other words, ejaculation occurs before a man desires it. It may occur before or after beginning foreplay or intercourse. Some men experience significant personal distress because of this condition.
Excessive loss of seminal fluid :
Seminal losses are so common among young men, and even when not definitely weakening often cause much mental distress and sexual debility. These involuntary losses of the seminal fluid are extremely debilitating in certain cases; in others they may be more alarming than injurious, and detrimental chiefly through their mental effect upon the victim. The primary cause of too many seminal losses is to be found chiefly in the stimulating influences of our artificial civilized life, but the direct cause in nine cases out of ten is undoubtedly masturbation. Through this habit there has been established a continuous active secretion of the seminal fluid, and after the practice has been stopped the excessive and rapidly accumulating secretion naturally finds an outlet through these emissions, occurring at intervals the frequency of which depends largely upon the extent to which self-abuse has been carried on and the parts concerned weakened. It frequently happens, also, that when one has been married and accustomed to regular sexual intercourse, involuntary emissions occur when this relationship is suddenly discontinued
