Antiseptic gel containing 0.2% chlorhexidin
Properties:
ELUGEL,a local antiseptic gel containing 0.2% of chlorhexidine which is an antibacterial and
remanet
Facilitates prevention and treatment of gingivitis
Facilitates the reduction of gingival inflammation ,as proven by a double blind clinical
experimentation against placebo
Reduces the accumulation of dental plaque.and is therefore a complement to the mechanical
suppression of dental plaque ,namely in areas difficult to reach with a toothbrush
Can be used when the local conditions do not allow rigorous oral hygiene (after dental extraction
or periodontal surgery )
Administration:
Brush the gums with a very soft brush for 3 minutes
The gel form is particularly adapted to the mucous
Remarks:
The application of ELUGEL is not a substitute for a regular brushing of the teeth when possible
Asuperficial brownish staining can appear after prolonged treatment with ELUGEL,this can easily
be avoided by the daily use of toothpaste
