Properties
It ia an antiplatelet drug used in thromboembolic disorders
Inhibit the binding of adenoise diphosphate (ADP) to its platelet receptor


Indication

Reduce atherosclerotic even in paients with recent (CVA) and MI
Reduce atherosclerotic even in paitens with acute coronary syndrome or coronary artery by pass graft
Drug interactions
Aspri n and NSAID
Heparin and warfarin
Garlic and ginger

Side effects
Gastrointestinal tract disturbances ,skin rash, diarrhea ,vomting ,nausea
Liver and biliary system disorders ,odema , hepatic enzymes in creased
